The EU Commissioner for Enlargement, Johannes Hahn, expects the progress report for Albania to be positive.
Hahn said for Deutsche Welle that there is no negative feedback from any of the member countries.
“Albania must resolve the problem of asylum seekers in the EU countries, because it damages its own reputation in member countries as well. Albania and other Western Balkan countries are on the right path”, he added.
Hahn reinforced the message that he gave in Tirana, that media freedom is a key element for the accession negotiations.
