The Energy Regulation Entity appealed consumers who have been subject to
unjust actions by CEZ and have not found solution from this company, to
address to ERE.
ERE says that they will carefully review all complaints related with the energy bills and the economic damages caused to the consumers for the offered service.
But above all, ERE announces that they will evaluate the requests for interrupting illegal connections. ERE underlines that CEZ must respect the contractual obligations among parties and guarantee uninterruptible power supply, in full accordance with the standards set by this regulation.
By the end of the declaration, ERE announces that they are monitoring all problems and that they will decide for a solution, by informing the consumers about every step.
