The employees of the ER centers will receive one bonus salary for the
New Year, since they have realized the performance indicators.
The ER doctors have realized to 90% the number of planned visits, while the quality indicator was realized to 50%. According to the director of the Institute of Health Care Insurance, Elvana Hana, the health centers have withdrawn 70 million ALL more than 2010, since they have increased the number of visits.
310 million ALL will be distributed to 9350 ER employees, 2000 family doctors, 6600 nurses and other workers. The funds will be distributed within December.
