The Health Minister, Ilir Beqaj, said that this reconstruction is part of the program for completing the entire country with cardiologic services.
Prime Minister Rama, who visited the site for the inauguration, said that the investments made in the health sector have brought visible results and the difference is not made by funds, but by the government vision in this area.
