What used to be a casino where the young people of Korca lost their time and money, today has turned into an employment office.
The employment offices have been open in several districts, and were considered by Prime Minister Edi Rama as the foundation that this government is laying for employment.
“We will change the employment panorama. We have come to power to employe the 1 million unemployed people left by Berisha. We have created 5000 jobs in only four months”, Rama declared.
Minister Veliaj declared that the one in Korca is the seventh office in our country. Veliaj declared that the former casino was symbolically turned into an employment office.
“We are closing casinos and we are opening employment offices. This is the seventh employment office that we create in Albania. The Institution of Statistics has recently confirmed that there are 32,000 more employed people”, Veliaj declared.
The Deputy Prime Minister, Niko Peleshi, former Mayor of Korce, underlined that this is the first project of modernization of public services, and that employment office fulfills the European standards.
