Every business that employs women from special social groups, will have
financial benefits from the state. According to the latest government
decision, the state will pay 100% of the social and health insurances
for every women employee, and 100% of the minimal wage for four months.
The government decision also provides that the state budget will also cover up to 100 percent of the employment cost for micro-enterprises, for the average number of currently insured workers that have been employed in the last three months, and up to 50 percent for other enterprises.
According to the government, these financial facilities will be granted to the businesses that will hire women who have been unemployed for more than one year and that belong to programs such as trafficked women, women above 50 years of age, Roma women, disabled, divorced, women with social problems and those who return from emigration with economic problems.
The government declared that the businesses will benefit these facilitations if the employment contracts will be at least for one year and if the businesses have no precedent employment violations.
If the business will break the contract with these women before one year, they will be obliged to return all benefits from the state budget.
The women that will refuse these contracts will be removed from the supporting programs.
