Employees: We want the 13th salary

“Year 2011 closed and the 13th wage is still unresolved. All the government gave was a 9000 ALL bonus payment for the employees, which has become a nightmare for some of them, because others have not taken even this. As for 2012, none of the Albanian public administration will not be able to take a bonus without the approval of the Ministry of Finances, Ridvan Bode, or the Prime Minister Sali Berisha. Another important problem is that of official holidays, which are a flagrant violation of the constitution. They have their administration rights violated only with a Council of Ministers decision. This year, the 31st December and January 1st are on common holidays, Saturday and Sunday, and the government decided that they will be consumed on these days. But the code of labor says the contrary”, declared Entela Hysenllari, from the Confederation of Administration Syndication.
