Emigrants return to Albania for holidays, creating heavy flux at Durres port

More than 10,000 citizens have entered the country the past 72 hours, to spend their holidays in Albania.

The flux of travellers has been accompanied by increased measure by port authorities to finish quickly with the procedures.

“Italians didn’t work very quickly. They delayed us”, one of the travellers says.

The flux is expected to continue until the first days of 2018 when immigrants will return from the countries where they live.
