Emergencies, 11 flights in isolated areas

The Helicopter Medical Unit has concluded 11 missions in the isolated
areas, by transporting 5 patients to hospitals, three of whom were
pregnant women.
According to the Health Ministry official annunciation, two pregnant women from Selita, Dibra, were transferred to the Dibra hospital after showing health problems, while another one from Has was sent to the Kukes Hospital.
Two other patients required help from Vilez-Zallbastar, Tirana, who was transported with a helicopter to the Tirana Hospital, and another in Tropoja.
The Health Ministry Helicopter Unit has continued to supply medication to the Valbona commune, in Dragobia, Pac, and Geghysen, Tropoja.
Another mission of this unit was the transportation of a patient from the Korce hospital, towards the trauma center at the Tirana Military Hospital and 2 missions in the Theth and Shosh communes in Shkoder, where they transported medicaments through the medical personnel.
Sources from the Health Ministry declared that the missions of the Health Ministry Helicopter Unit will continue even on Sunday.
