The Electoral College is reviewing the appeal of the Socialist Party,
which opposes the decision taken by the Central Election Commission for
assessing miscast ballots.
Rapporteur of this matter is judge Tom Ndreca and the decision is expected to determine the Tirana Municipal Election result.
The College requested the summary tables of 10 Tirana Zonal Election
Commissions as proofs, and also the summary tables of all ballot
counting groups.
SP requested CEC decisions taken on May 18th and 23rd to be declared as invalid.
