The first candidate for Rector of the Aleksander Xhuvani University in
Elbasan, Liman Varoshi, who is the only one running for the post, has
presented his reform and the progress of this institution for the
future.
The first meeting was with the professors of the Natural Science Faculty, in which he declared that the current level of students in this faculty is low, despite the numerous programs with the accreditation agency and the Ministry of Education, for reaching higher standards.
Varoshi promised to implement the PhD program in teaching, within this academic year.
The first candidate for Dean of this faculty, Peci Narqellai, who is demanding his second mandate, also presented his platform for the next four years.
