The fruit and vegetable main market of Elbasan, was closed a month ago as part of measures against the spread of Covid-19.
The Municipality of Elbasan has now decided to open this market, under strict new security measures.
It is no longer allowed to enter without masks and gloves, and the disinfection apparatus has been installed, while the market has only one entrance and one exit, both checked by the municipal police.
After passing the municipal police officers who check for masks and gloves, the clients must be disinfected here before entering.
Entry and exit lines are painted according to the direction of movement, while traders are placed at a distance of over 1.5 meters from each other.
The market reopened only after the creation of appropriate security conditions, both for traders and customers, and also to protect citizens from abusive price increases.
