The lack of drinking water for a long time has obliged Elbasan residents from “5 Maji” neighborhood to organize a protest.
With their children and empty water bottles on their hands, the residents have tried to make the local administration aware of their problem in these hot summer days.
Elbasan Acqueduct directors know that the drinking water is lacking in this area due to a broken float valve.
If the situation will not get better, the residents will escalate their protest to the point of blocking the main city roads.
