Prosecutor Amanda Xhaferri has reported that three corruption cases have disappeared from the Elbasan Prosecution.
Police did not verify any breaking into the office of the Prosecutor, while specialists started an investigation.
The Prosecution, on the other hand, adds the mystery by denying that there has been any theft.
Sources told Top Channel that the Police have no competence to take the case from this Prosecution and pass it to the Tirana, as they are trying to. According to them, this can be done only by the Court or Prosecution.
