Elbasan, police investigates Beqiraj’s murder

The Court of Elbasan released Lorenc Capja and left Ajet Jace in prison, both charged for the murder of Gentian Beqiraj.
The 35 year old Beqiraj was killed inside his apartment on August 15th, while being under house arrest during the investigation of the murder of businessman Sokol Capja.
This was the first lead of the police as the motive of the two men who entered Beqiraj’s house and killed him, although he was guarded by police officers.
The police reported that the aggressors told the police agents that they were his friends, and entered the house where they shot Gentian Beqiraj in front of his father, who had a heart attack and died minutes later.
The two Elbasan police officers were also prosecuted for negligence.
