Merchants of industrial goods in Elbasan have returned to work. Their
wish for 2013 is that 2012 should not come back again, since for them it
was the worst year so far.
2012 was a very difficult year, because the crisis shrinks expenses and brings less money from emigrants. Merchants say that if you add taxes to this situation, small business will face failure.
the roads of the city are still empty, but the merchants have started working with the wish that 2012 will never turn back.
