The Minister of Economy, Milva Ekonomi, held a meeting of the Council of
Investments this Wednesday. This council coordinates the work with
business with the purpose to encourage investments.
Minister Ekonomi said that Foreign businessmen can easily address the Albanian agency for encouraging investments, since the procedures are focused on this entity. Every project is detailed and then goes for approval at the Committee of Strategic Investments.
She added that the business climate has improved and the situation is optimistic for the future. The Minister mentioned the war against informality, for which she said it would continue with a concrete strategy.
