Edi Rama visited Tepelena this Saturday, where he promoted his book
“Kurban”. The opposition leader considered it as a book that sees
towards the future, and that should not be read or seen as a memory
book.

“This book is not just for Tirana, but for Albania”, Rama declared in his meeting with the Socialist supporters.

“The book is a contribution for directly addressing to a series of important problems of our country, a book of concrete proposals, a book that speaks concretely about the current tax system, a wrong and perverse system. Albania’s constant development needs direct addressing”, the Socialist leader declared.

Referring to his book, Rama underlined the necessity of building a new Albania.

“Our cities need concrete development plans. Their social, historical and tourist values are fading away. We must build a new democratic and social Albania”, Rama added from Tepelena.

After this activity, Rama wrote on Twitter and his official web page:

“Visited Tepelena for discussing book and politics with friends, citizens, veterans and young people. Bad weather, beautiful day.”

Last week, the Socialist leader promoted his book in Skopje, where he answered to questions about the book and the political situation in Albania and Macedonia.

In the beginning of this month, Rama promoted the book in Vlore, where he met with many intellectuals, readers and students.
