Dutch Parties want to impose travel ban to Albania’s citizens

According to them, this would be the only way to stop the organized crime from entering their country.

The Dutch newspaper, De Telegraaf, has written an article which says that Balkan criminals are controlling the cocaine market in Amsterdam, taking advantage by the lack of control.

One MP, Von Toorenburg, asked for an immediate return of the visa regime to Albania. The Socialist MP, Van Dijk, shares the same opinion.

The article on De Telegraaf comes one day after the Dutch Minister of Justice, Ferdinand Grapperhaus, visited Albania on an official trip.

On his visit, he was very discreet about the EU accession negotiations, but he praised Albania’s achievements with the reforms.
