“I think it is very important to have dialogue, free and fair elections,
and a Vetting Process”, said the Foreign Minister of Netherlands, Bert
Koenders, in a joint press release with his Albanian counterpart, Ditmir
Bushati.
Bushati said he was grateful to Netherlands for the support given to Albania regarding the judiciary reform, and added that it is time for politics to abandon the ugly tradition of commenting representatives of foreign countries, referring to the recent declarations of the opposition.
“I want to thank the international partners for their commitment so that we can address the recommendations regarding the elections, and offer a free and fair vote to Albanians. Albanians want the judiciary reform. The opposition itself voted the constitution decisions. Now it is time to start with the Vetting Law”, Bushati declared.
