Durres fishermen reported to the police of having seen a body in open sea, 300 meters from the coast.
The police and the coastguard sent their vessels to the reported coordinates, and after two hours of searches, the authorities were able to find the body of a male.
He’s around 35-40 years old, 172 cm tall, with only a pair of jeans in his body. Police says that based on his facial features, he might not be of Albanian nationality. The body will undergo forensic examination.
Same as with the body found in the Kallmi coast, two days ago, police suspects that even this one might belong to the Turkish sailors who died after their ship wrecked some weeks ago. The body found in Kallmi is still unidentified.
