Durres, blind people in protest

Members of the blind people in Durres protested in front of the Prefecture against the compensation fund cuts.

They demand a solution, because they don’t have support and are obliged to pay high energy bills and also for other services.

Similar protests were held in all cities. The blind people demand the return of the subvention funds, since they are unable to handle their specific needs.
