The absence of lawyers caused the adjournment of the Durres Band Trial
at the Court of Serious Crimes. In today’s session, in which were
expected to be presented the conclusions of the defense, were absent the
two lawyers of the defendant Indrit Dokle.

In October, the Prosecution of Serious crimes pretended four life-to-prison sentences and 265 years to prison for the Durres Gang for a series of crimes that have taken place from 1998 to 2006, when they were arrested. Their trial has been delayed with at least 200 sessions since them. In the last session, the prosecutors read their 286 pages long conclusions and listed the charges for the 16 defendants.

The Prosecution declared that a precious contribution was given by Dritan Coli, who cooperated with justice.
