The opposition’s candidate says that the preliminary data show a victory of the Democratic Party in Durres.
Duma thanks the citizens for participating and says there have been efforts to manipulate the elections, and thanks commissioners and observers for resisting them.
The DP candidate asked ballot counters to protect the vote of the Durres citizens.
