Drunk husband slaughters wife

A 32-year-old mother of two children was killed last night by her
husband. Manjola Koxhaj was stabbed seven times by Arben Hoxhaj, 43, who
was drunk at the momoent.
The killer from Polican sent her to hospital and his relatives donated blood to save her, but all efforts were in vain.
The killer turned himself in at the Police District no.2 while the investigating team declared that the husband no declaration and that he was under the effect of alcohol till morning. The relatives said for Top Channel that he was unemployed, he stayed usually drunk and the wife was the only one working in the family.
Another domestic crime took place yesterday, with a man killing his 14 year daughter and then committed suicide. Apparently, the teen had asked her father to leave the remote village where they were staying for the summer to look after the cattle, and return to their house near the city of Shkoder. The father refused and when the daughter disobeyed and decided to go alone, he followed her and killed her on the spot. After realizing the tragedy, he decided to kill himself.
