Dritan Dajti threatens judge with his life

While the police has continued the routine guarding outside the court
even with anti-explosive dogs, the defendant broke his usual routine
this time.

Dajti used to tell the court that he didn’t have the financial means to pay a lawyer and that’s why he wasn’t having one, but this time he made a direct threat to Idriz Mulkurti, the rapporteur of the case.

“You just created the biggest problem to your life. I don’t care about anything. Remember what I told you. I am telling you this in front of the journalists”, Dajti declared.

“This was Dajti’s declaration, addressed to Judge Mulkurti, who left the room after the threat. This declaration was given when the rapporteur of the case, Mulkurti, was reading the court decisions in which some of the requests of the defendant were rejected, such as the exhuming of police officer Kastriot Feskaj, the inspection of the car from where were committed the murders of August 2009, the recreation of the events and exposing of the clothes of the killed police officers, so that the projectile tracks could be explained.

The Court admitted only one request of Dajti, that of question no.15 with the crime experts and the morgue. After the session was over, Top Channel contacted with the heads of the Court of Serious Crimes, who declared that they would inform the State Police for the situation that has been crated, and that they will decide if the threatened judge will be taken under protection.
