The Democratic Party is expected the request the establishing of a Parliamentary Investigative Group which will verify the decisions undertaken by the government and how they have influenced the Tahiri case.
The Commission will focus on verifying the Parliament’s decision to not allow Tahiri’s arrest, and also on the actions of the Prime Minister and other government members.
The third focus point will be the verification of the procedures for extraditing Nezar Seiti as a person of interest for Tahiri’s case, and what does his extradition mean for the interior Minister.
