The Democratic Party declared through Spokesperson Ina Zhupa that PM Edi
Rama has given 600.000 EUR to the firm where his wife’s daughter is
employed.
“With 600.000 EUR the government can pay welfare for 12.000 poor families, give minimal wages to 3727 persons, average pension for 5500 retired citizens. Rama could have secured drinking water for 2000 citizens with that money, could have built an queduct and built 5 kilometers of secondary roads, or rural roads that would serve to thousands of persons”, Zhupa declared.
“But Edi Rama chose to give this to the company where his wife’s daughter is working. This is why there is no money for new investments”, the DP Spokesperson said.
