The Democratic Party declared this Thursday that the witness who made
possible the sentencing of the Lushnja Gang has been left without
protection and support by the Albanian government.
“The report made by Arben Kice in the media, which allowed the sentencing of the Lushnje Gang, brought justice for the inhuman crimes of Aldo Bare. It is shocking that he is being treated as an enemy by every institution. Instead of giving him privileges, he was left on the road, without support. But the government has fought him even to the point that he cannot register his daughter at school. This shows the real face of the government of Edi Rama, Minister Tahiri, who make agreements with the crime”, declared Alibeaj, Head of the Public Order and Security Department at the DP.
“This is the model and the idea that Edi Rama has for justice. This is a betrayal that is done to the state, to its principles, to justice and to Aldo Bare. The Democratic Party appeals the responsible offices to not be part of this criminal scheme”, Alibeaj added.
