The Democratic Party reacted after fires broke in two kindergartens of Tirana.
DP Spokesperson Ina Zhupa said that Mayor Erion Veliaj must respond for the security of kindergartens and start an inspection immediately.
“Three years ago Erion Veliaj inaugurated the so-called free reconstruction of 31 Tirana kindergartens. Besides the colorful propaganda, Veliaj didn’t mention the security measures that were taken in these kindergartens. Citizens want to know why he hasn’t reacted about the two scandalous cases of fire in Tirana, but he keeps up with his washed out propaganda, as if nothing has happened”, Zhupa said.
She said that the Police must clarify immediately if the fire has been intentional, or the Prosecution should hold Veliaj accountable, together with those who spread false news.
