DP: “Mayor lies about lake park permit”

The Democratic Party filed new facts at the Prosecution to prove that
the Municipality’s project for the playground at the Lake Park is not
legal.
“Being blocked with his corruptive affair that destroys the Lake Park, Erion Veliaj and his employees declared that they have received a construction permit by the National Territory Council on February 12th 2017. Having this serious case of power abuse, we brought new facts with a criminal report against Erion Veliaj and his employees”, Salianji declared.
He underlined that Veliaj and the Vice Mayor, Arber Mazniku, declared on February 14th, in a TV show, two days after they claim they have received the permit, that the permit in question is under process. Which means that they had no permit, according to Salianji.
“We have reason to believe that same as they have falsified the construction permit in this case, same as they did with the fine”, Salianji declared.
