DP invites young members to protest peacefully

For the Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, youth is the hope for a suffering country. The DP leader invited the youth in the protest that starts tomorrow at 11:00 at the “Skenderbej” square.

“Come to this magnificent protest to give a strong message to those who created this situation, that the citizens are the employers of this government. The citizens are those who control the government, and not vice versa”, Basha declared.

He blamed the government for the difficult economic situation, but mainly he focused on the accusations of Tom Doshi.

“We are in this situation due to an irresponsible policy, but what we saw in the past days goes beyond the wildest fantasy. After closing many jobs, after increasing informality and smuggling, after raising taxes and giving away 600 million EUR to CEZ, after raising the energy price by forcing many people to sacrifice themselves, after destroying the properties of common Albanians and after fighting among each other, now they started to give us mafia-style scenarios. But, unfortunately, this is not a movie”, Basha declared.

He invited all Albanians to be part of the protest and end what he called the mafia in power. Basha asked them to protest peacefully.
