DP hands over draft law on decriminalization

The Democratic Party MP, Oerd Bylykbashi, handed over in Parliament the
draft law of the opposition for the decriminalization of politisc.

“The DP handed over the draft law with transitory amends at the Electoral Code. There should be no more incriminated elements in the Albanian politics”, Bylykbashi declared.

The Democratic Party MP said that the draft law is based on the best international expertise and includes criminal acts related to terrorism and organized crime.

“We appeal the majority to not withhold this draft-law, because it should be approved as soon as possible”, Bylykbashi declared.
