DP complaint against “Property Law” at Constitutional Court

The Democratic Party complained this Monday at the Constitutional Court
about the property law, uniting this way with the initiative of the
President.

The Democratic Party MP, Jorida Tabaku, said that they hope for the court to give a righteous decision for this issue.

Her colleague, Oerd Bylykbashi, said that with this complaint the DP shows that former owners are a significant pillar of the DP.
