DP and SMI directors arrested for abusing with Road Construction funds

Andi Toma and Dashamir Xhika, two former Road Directors, have been arrested for power abuse. Nine other persons are under investigation.

The Prosecution suspects that these persons have stolen from the construction of the Elbasan-Gjinar road.

Rexhep Tarba, construction supervisor, and two other administrators of the construction firm, Kujtim Hysa and Agron Hysa, were also detained.

Top Channel has obtained the verdict which shows that the damage mounts up to 500 million ALL of money that should have been invested in road paving and street signs.
