The Court of Tirana has given an arrest measure for Vasjel Cavo and Sael Sulaj, authors of the double murder in Tirana.
Çavo and Sulaj were arrested one day after committing a crime that police think is related to drug territory conflicts.
Kevin Rugova and Aurora Oksyan were killed last Thursday, while Elvis Gocaj was severely wounded. He was also arrested by the police after it was found that his house was used for distributing narcotics.
