Durim Bami appeared at the Court of Serious Crimes in Tirana this Friday at 14:30, to hear the security measure against him.
Recent information show that Bami was left in prison over “attempted murder under qualifying circumstances” charges.
The lawyer of the defendant said that the charges were raised against his client through an illegal procedure.
Bami is a key witness in the case created by MP Tom Doshi, who said that he has been contacted for assassinating him and the Democratic Party MP, Mhill Fufi.
