A video will be the strongest evidence in the trial of Tom Doshi, Mark Frroku and Durim Bami over “false testimony” accusations.
After three intensive months, after 40 state officials under interrogation, the Prosecution declared that the investigation is over.
The Prosecution says that they have produced a false video which was to be used as evidence, to claim that Ilir Meta had demanded an attack against Doshi. According to the Prosecution, the videos are produced for political reasons, with the purpose to start a criminal case against Ilir Meta.
The Prosecution say they have interrogated political figures, such as Prime Minister Rama, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Parliament Speaker Ilir Meta, interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri, and a series of Parliament Speakers.
For this reason, Doshi is being investigated under probation, Bami is in house arrest, while Mark Frroku is held in prison due to another case from Belgium.
