Marko Djuric, the Director for the so-called Office for Kosovo at the Serbian government, has been allowed to visit the country, this time legally.
Djuric will cross the border this weekend to celebrate Orthodox Easter.
The Kosovo Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rejhan Vunici, said that the request was approved in the holiday spirit of peace and cooperation.
But it remains to be seen if Djuric will appreciated this spirit of cooperation.
Djuric has given a harsh reaction earlier to the news that Prishtina is working to implement the Association of Serbian Communes.
“The government is trying to remove powers from the Association, but this will not happen”, said the high-level Serbian official.
According to him, the Kosovo institutions are not being sincere about the deadline established by the EU. The Serbian List is also not happy about this.
