The new 24 kilometers road that connects Divjaka with the national lines has opened new development opportunities for this area of Lushnje District.
The Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who participated in the inauguration of this road that serves to more than 50.000 residents, underlined that it will help the progress in agriculture and tourism, because the road approaches the Divjaka beach to the rest of Albania, a 10 kilometers coastline that is still undeveloped.
“It is up to you and the head of other communes to create as quickly as possible the master plan for improving tourism, for building everything based on an urban plan that should be as human as possible. The potentials here are great, so let us make good use of every centimeter of land. I guarantee you that this land is very rich. It has an extraordinary richness, not only for tourism, but also for the fertile agricultural land. Let us make good use of it, for the benefit of every Albanian family. We will make the biggest efforts for doubling and tripling the foreign investments, which will turn into wages, new jobs and wealth for the Albanian citizens”, Berisha declared.
