The candidate of the Alliance for the Citizen at the Berdice commune in
Shkoder, Qamil Gjurreta, accused his ally parties of working against the
coalition, by campaigning for an independent candidate in this commune.
Gjurreta is running for the second mandate in this commune, and in the coalition he has come as representative of the Republican Party. He accused local executives of the Democratic Party of working against DP, although his candidacy has been approved through the coalition agreement.
Shkoder DP leaders and especially the deputies are supporting the independent candidate, Besnik Tahiri, who during this campaign has used the logo of the Democratic Party.
