On the third day of the hunger strike, two are the persons leaving for the hospital, due to their heavy health conditions.

A few moments before the arrival of the ambulance, one striker said that he was suffering of hypertension and was not feeling well.

“Today I had hypertension and more complications. I haven’t been well, but I will continue the strike until our problems get solved”, he declared.

The hunger strike is very difficult for the 8 disabled women and 16 men. But they are determined to sacrifice themselves until the government listens to their requests.

“The strike will not stop without the government responding to us, or their respective departments. If any of the deputies would have had the will to raise our problem in the parliament, we would not be on strike today”, one of the strikers declared.

In the midst of the disabled people there is a physiotherapist, who has offered his solidarity to the strikers.

He specified that the presence of a doctor there is indispensable: “There are 4-5 people in difficult conditions. A medic is absolutely needed here”, he said.

Para and tetraplegics specify that this is an economic strike, which regards directly to their life and health conditions.
