Diplomats and officials celebrate Albania’s National holidays at Thessaloniki Consulate

Playing both Albanian and Greek anthems, Thessaloniki started the festive night dedicated to November 28th and November 29th, organized by the Albanian consulate in this city.
Representatives of the diplomatic bodies in Thessaloniki, military attaché, Greek businessmen, dozens of co-nationals and friends of the Albanian people have given their best wishes for the national holidays of Albania.
Rebecca Fong, American Consul in Thessaloniki, said that it was a great pleasure for her to –participate in this event.
Giannis Boutaris, the Mayor of Thessaloniki, said that same as every other year, he has tried to honor and celebrate the independence of Albania, to support the efforts of the Albanian community to integrate with the city.
Giannis Podiotis, Aviation Colonel and Director of the Military School, gave his best wishes to the Republic of Albania, whine the High Councilor of the European Council for Youth, Culture and Education, known for her great efforts to help with Kosovo’s UNESCO admissions, gave her best wishes in the Albanian language.
