DH Albania, accused of winning construction bid with forge documents, had declared fake address

DH Albania, the company that won 30 million EUR in public tenders, had registered a fictive address.

The Public Procurement agency revealed that the address declared in the registration was false and didn’t exist.

The company that was supposed to built part of Tirana’s Outer Ring Road segment is under investigation for forging documents.
