Devoll, rapists of 12-year old arrested

A 12 old boy has been raped several times by to young males in his
village Bitincke, in Devoll. The mother tells that this had happened
three other times, and due to the fact that her family had close
relations with the family of the rapists, she had asked help from the
parents of the abusers, but she didn’t get it.
The child told the Police and the psychiatrists how it happened, and has received all necessary treatments and advices. Doctors say that his physical and psychological state is very serious. The child has problems sleeping at night and doesn’t feel well.
After the mother’s report and the child’s confession, Police arrested two teenagers of 16 and 19 years old, accused of repeated violent sexual and homosexual intercourse with an under aged child.
