The former Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, declared that Edi Rama
is under the pressure of criminals as regards the decriminalization
law. He said that yesterday’s negotiations were led by a group of
criminals through a phone call.

“The law is clear. They kept the commission going on for six hours because they do not accept the word “evidence”. Edi Rama doesn’t accept this process. Behind him stands his ‘brother’, Kokedhima, who has now clearly understood that after this process will start the big battle for cleaning the Parliament from thieves. It is as important as the first one. And he wants to stop this process. He means that if decriminalization is blocked, Kokedhima will be elected General Secretary”, Berisha said.

He accused the Parliament of having turned into a den of crime, and said that the SP are taking it towards disintegration.

Berisha spoke about an article that doesn’t allow Prosecutors or Judges to address the court for a measure taken against him. Berisha said that this is a Stalinist article.
