The coroners confirmed that the Italian patient died in Albania due to
negligent practice by the Italian doctor, Tullio Simoncini, who is now

Top Channel has secured a document in which three coroners confirm that 27-year-old Luca Olivoto died due to negligent medical practice. This conclusion will make it more difficult for the doctor who is now under investigation at the capital’s prosecution.
