New surprises appear in Dritan Dajti’s trial, charged of murdering four police officers in Durres, 2009.
While today’s trial seemed to go normally at first, an unusual proposition was made by the lawyer appointed to Dajti.
Lawyer Ndue Pjetri appeared in today’s session with two conditions: A 200 EUR payment for defending Dajti, and 30 days to prepare the case.
According to “Shqip”, Dajti asked the lawyer’s requests to be met, and that he liked his performance, but the Prosecutor considered his conditions as an attempt to delay the trial.
The Court withdrew for the decision.
