“Dajti” trials keeps being postponed

The head of the judge panel for the Dritan Dajti trial, Nertina Kosova, was replaced by Judge Fran Prendi.

The process is being led by Idriz Mulkurti, but despite the changes, the review was unable to be completed, due to the absence of the defense lawyers.

Regarding this stalemate, the court decided to appoint three lawyers, obliging them to be available if one other will be absent. This measure could be a solution for the trial that has been delayed for dozens of sessions.
