Criminal report for 20 police officers

The Interior Ministry filed a criminal report against 20 former leaders
of this department who are accused for an economic damage which mounts
up to hundreds of thousands of dollars.

An audit made by the General Police Directory, the Directory of Reserves and the Directory of Usage of Vehicles, shows severe violations which have caused a huge economic damage, without including other considerable amounts of money that passed for evaluation and financial inspection to the Ministry of Finances.

The General Directory of the State Police has taken five people under prosecution, together with the former General Chief of Police, Hysni Burgaj.

The other people under investigation are the former Director of the Center for Usage and Administration of Vehicles, together with six dependants; the former General Director of State Reserves and three of his dependants.
